You will serve as a FACILITIES PLANS & PROGRAMS BRANCH HEAD in the LOGISTICS DIVISION of NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Advising personnel on Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution processes for training facilities; 2) Developing solutions to facilities management issues; 3) Defining facilities requirements to develop investment strategies in support of training infrastructure projects; and 4) Preparing briefing materials for use in decision making and resource allocation of training infrastructure.
