Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13/14) or pay band (NM-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector in order to perform the duties of a Supervisory Financial Management Analyst. Specialized experiences must include duties related to the following: (1) Applying concepts, principle, practices, laws and regulations of budgeting and/or financing at a Navy Working Capital Fund activity and their relation to subordinate and senior levels; (2) Providing advice on effective and efficient methods for the acquisition and use of funds to support the organization programs and activities; (3) Developing and implementing budgetary/financial policies; and (4) Leading, supervising, motivating and counseling employees.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
