You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes (1) Managing program acquisition lifecycle (development to sustainment) and multi-million-dollar budgets; (2) Developing and analyzing program plans, budgets, and performance to meet mission needs; (3) Supervising or leading personnel, managing performance, and ensuring EEO principles in personnel management.
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-03/GS-13.
