This position is located at Maintenance within the Morale, Welfare and Recreation Department (MWR) aboard Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Florida. The purpose of this position is to construct, renovate, maintain and repair department facilities.Requirements:

Specialized experience directly related to the duties described above. Qualifying experience must have been equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
- Must have at least two years of experience that demonstrates knowledge in a combination of at least two of the trades in carpentry, plumbing or painting.
- Must have the ability to read blue prints, sketches, building plans, etc.
- Must have a valid state driver's license.
You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer and part time experience. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
