About the position: This position will be assigned to Information Tickets and Travel and is not guaranteed a set number of hours but can be scheduled 0 - 40 hours per week. As a federal employee you will have access to all Hurlburt Field FSS facilities. After 1 year of employment, you will be eligible for the following benefits:

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.

Qualifying Experience:
Must have experience with professional travel agent computer based travel reservations and ticketing software. Simple clerical experience and ability to type and use the computer is required. Requires practical knowledge of computer programs to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Must have cash handling experience. Turbo Sabre or Native Sabre, Miscellaneous Charge Orders (MCOs) and voucher experience is highly desirable. Simple bookkeeping/accounting is highly desired. Cruise Line International Association (CLIA) certified or pursuing such is highly desirable. Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Must be able to read, write and speak English.
