Minimum Qualifications:

1. Work experience performing related duties and knowledge of practices and procedures related to facilities maintenance and/or repair; material required and costs associated with a successful maintenance program.

Highly Preferred Criteria:

1. At least two (2) years of experience with general facility maintenance.
2. At least one (1) year of experience in a supervisory position.
3. Experience performing repairs to facilities and equipment.
