MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

Description:

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the U.S. NAVAL FORCES SOUTHERN COMMAND of US FOURTH FLEET.

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

• Experience applying knowledge in the organizational structures, functions, operations, and procedures of DoD military service and joint components.
• Experience conducting assessments, evaluating internal controls and supporting continuous process improvement to meet established goals and objectives.
• Experience applying knowledge of the principles of operations assessment skills to apply advanced analytical, mathematical, or statistical theories, principles, concepts, methods and techniques to address questions on the commands progress towards meeting tactical, operational and strategic objectives.
• Experience developing innovative analytic strategy, implementing a data collection process and applying applicable analytic processes.
