About the Position: The incumbent serves as a Practice Manager (PM) for one or more complex, multi-faceted, medical practice(s). Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes working in a medical treatment facility analyzing and advising on health care system issues and policies; providing analysis for the quality improvement programs; monitoring/coordinating personnel matters for an organization/department within a medical treatment facility; providing input/recommendations on over all process improvements. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
