In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application.
Qualifying Experience:
Needs to have progressive work experience in production, operational management, business resale and fund management. Working knowledge of retail sales, business trends, social media, purchasing, inventory control and production shops. Accuity in financial reporting and management. Needs to show an ability to work independently under firm timeline suspenses. Bachelor's degree in arts, finance, or management preferred. Multi-tasking and ability to work unsupervised mandatory. Must reflect knowledge of production industry, promotional products, and wood working. Must possess computer skills with a working foundation in word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, and other database software. Knowledge of following software a plus: Corel Draw, Lifesaver for frames, Adobe products. Must have experience with cash handling procedures and sales operations, included but not limited to receipts, disbursement, receiving, examination, deposits, and internal controls. Work experience should reflect the ability to provide instruction and training staff. Must have excellent oral and communication skills. Must possess a valid driver's license.
