Description:

Requirements:

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing systems engineering advice, consultation and technical documentation to engineers, project directors and management on designated specialty areas; 2) Integrating systems engineering requirements, approaches, trade-offs, costs, schedule and risks; 3) Finalizing the performance requirements as baselined in the configuration, design and performance characteristics of the defined training system; 4) Supporting the requirements definition and acquisition of distributed mission training; 5) Supporting device updates to new standards; 6) Providing input to the technical management and performance of the engineering functions related to training systems acquisition, development, and operational support; and 7) Identifying and documenting engineering staffing requirements in order to exercise technical conscience, identification of technical risks, identification of technical impacts to cost, and schedule and performance with appropriate technical documentation and communication to program and competency personnel.
