You will serve as a EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES SPECIALIST in the HUMAN CAPITAL MGMT DIV, COMMAND OPERATIONS DEPT of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.Requirements:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing in-depth EEO advisory services (reasonable accommodation requests, case law decisions, sexual harassment, No Fear Act, Title 10 Investigations, barrier analysis, Acceptance/Dismissal letters, CFR 1614, American Disabilities Act (ADA). 2) Training and advising employees and supervisors on the EEO Complaint process in compliance with command policies. 3) Utilizing iComplaints, IRCMS, and FeDSEP in order to process formal complaints and analyze data to an assigned program. 4) Investigating complaints of discrimination from employees concerning improper policies and systematic practices. 5) Conducting conciliation sessions with the parties involved to attempt resolution of complaints.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management web site: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/classification-qualifications/general-schedule-qualification-standards/#url=List-by-Occupational-Series
