This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for AcqDemo Business and Technical Management Career Path (NH) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.This is a pay banded position. The NH-03 encompasses grades 12 and 13 on the General Schedule.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of experience which includes:1) Performing accounting and financial management for acquisition programs; 2) Interpreting data to forecast funding needs; 3) Utilizing computer-based tools to analyze acquisition programs; and (4) Preparing written responses to answer financial inquires.
This typically includes work performed at the next lower grade/level (NH-02/GS-11) position in the federal service.
