Compensation:$100,000+ at plan commissions
Responsibilities:- Develop new client relationships to support business growth in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area
- Follow up diligently on leads provided by the company
- Conduct thorough market research specific to the local area to establish competitive pricing strategies
- Strategically showcase and promote properties to drive sales in Fort Myers, FL
- Evaluate property valuations and secure listing agreements with clients
- A minimum of one year of experience in the real estate industry
- Valid Florida real estate license
- Confirmed sales of no less than $2,500,000 in the preceding 12 months
- Thorough understanding of local real estate market trends and forces
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in operating CRM software to manage client information
