Requirements:
ASSESSMENT FACTORS
1. Takes initiative to anticipate issues, resolves conflict among multiple priorities, and implements effective solutions to prevent problems that might impact timelines and deliverables.
2. Obtains, compiles, understands, and evaluates Agency missions, functions, goals, objectives, and summarizing narrative information and quantitative data used to formulate and execute the budget.
3. Monitors the execution of the operating budget to ensure proper allocation and timely obligation of funds.
4. Writes, and edits narrative reports and budget materials and presents the budget plan to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
5. Demonstrated experience working complex budget issues at various levels and in-depth knowledge on the Programming Planning Budget Execution.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS
1. Combatant Command experience.
2. High proficiency with MS EXCEL and PowerPoint.
3. Agency and/or Department level experience working budget and execution priorities.
