In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing services for civil engineering projects involving planning, design, construction and maintenance of facilities; 2) Interpreting objectives and policies in order to resolve a variety of complex water or wastewater system problems; 3) Applying project management techniques to ensure proper coordination, planning, budgeting and execution of facility or utility projects; and 4) Using knowledge of large commercial / industrial facilities such as wastewater treatment systems, distribution systems and structures to independently perform technical review of complex, advanced components of the facility and manufactured elements of the facility.Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website:
